Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: For Junior Wireless Officer: Candidates should have attained degree in Telecommunication Engineering / Electrical Engineering with Radio Communication/Electronics/Telecommunication as a special subject from a recognised university OR Master’s Degree in Science with Physics, and Radio Communication/Electronics/Telecommunication as a special subject. For Junior Grade of IIS: Candidates should have attained a degree from a recognised university or equivalent OR Diploma in Journalism from a recognised university/institution. For Section Officer (Horticulture): Candidates should have passed B.Sc. in Agriculture/Botany/Horticulture from a recognised university, and have two years of experience in Horticulture including ornamental gardening in any government department, OR M.Sc. in Agriculture with specialisation in Horticulture, OR M.Sc. in Landscape Architecture or Floriculture from a recognised university.

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2017): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years

Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the Computer Based Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions) Test and Written Examination.

Application Fee: General, UR and OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- through SBI Bank Challan with net-banking, credit/debit cards or cash. Women candidates and SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PWD candidates do not have to pay any fee.
