Groundnet Kulambu
Ground net - ½
cup
Coconut - 2 slice
Cumin - 1teaspoon
Urad dal - 1teaspoon
Tamarind
liquid consistency as required
Chilly
powder - 1teaspoon
Curry Leafs
Cooking Oil
Salt as required
Method:
Soak a cup pf groundnet in a bowl. After one hour boil the groundne in
a cooker.Grind the coconut, turmeric and chilly as a paste.Mix the tamarind
with the paste and add the required water, salt and boil it in a bowl. Then add
the soaked groundnet . Meanwhile take another pan and heat with the oil. Add mustard,
urad dal, cumin seeds, curry leafs and onion and fry well until it becomes
golden brown. Now add this with the mixture. The delicious , healthy groundnet
kulambu is ready to serve.
