TATA AIA Life Young Pioneers Program: TATA AIA Life's Young Pioneers Program is an initiative by TATA AIA Life in association with Manipal Global to nurture industry leaders of the future.

Selected candidates will undergo 4 months classroom training program, 2 months internship & 6 months on the job training. Candidate needs to pay 1.45 lakh + applicable taxes + tablet cost as training course fee & 100% of this fee will be refunded as stipend during the first year itself. (Loan Provider - TATA CAPITAL)

From 7th Month onwards start working as Trainee with Salary 2.8 Lakh /annum.
