large cucumber - 2
Rice Vinegar - 4 tablespoon
Caster Sugar - 2 dessertspoon
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 1/2 spoon minced
Method:
Cut the larger cucumber into smaller pieces and take out any larger seeds from it.take a bowl to mix the cucumber with vinegar, sugar, salt and minced ginger. Mix all the ingrediants well.Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for one hour. Then take out the bowl and the ingredients are set well and ready to eat. Serve cool.
This cucumber salad is healthy and natural and it is used to reduce the body heat naturally. The cucumber has the ability to clean the dust from the lungs.
